Believe it or not, we can learn to have fun whenwe exercise. Besides being the best way to make your every-now-and-thenworkouts into a legitimate routine, we should enjoy our workouts as they reapmore of mental benefits and healthy well-being.Children often get bored to follow a routine in exercising like their parentsand grandparents but if it fun filled and involves characters which attractthem, they enjoy exercising. But for kids, exercise means playing and beingphysically active. Kids exercise when they have gym class at school, duringrecess, at dance class or football practice, playing in the park and whileriding bikes.
The Stay Fit programme in collaboration with Disneywas organised for Grade 1 to 5 on 18th September 2018 in the school auditorium. The programme involved an interactive video which showcased exercising throughdancing which is one of the best ways to stay fit. The video consisted the kidsfavourite Disney characters Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto which madethem dance, have fun as well as exercise. The children and the teachers enjoyedexercising and had lots of fun.
