Grade IV focused on "Resilience Builders," emphasising the importance of resilience in coping with life's challenges. Grade V participated in the "Match the Emotions" game, highlighting the broad spectrum of emotions and the importance of healthy expression.
Grade VI explored "My Emotions wheel," facilitating emotional intelligence development. Grade VII explored the activity "My Coping Strategies Toolbox," empowering students to build healthy coping mechanisms and emotional intelligence. Grade VIII created bookmarks for the activity "Positive Affirmations Bookmark," fostering a positive mindset and motivation.
Finally, Grades IX to X engaged in a poster promoting open conversation about mental health, raising awareness and reducing stigma.
