School activities are important to enhance the quality of learning in kids. We at Whitefield Global School have incorporated Experiential learning as a pedagogy in our curriculum. One such activity was conducted on the concept of Plants for Grade 2 students. Children went on a nature walk in the school premises and observed different types, sizes, and colours of plants. Grade 2 students observed and learnt about the parts of the plant, types of plant, the process of seed germination. The students enjoyed and learnt through this pedagogy. The activity focused on enhancing: --analytical skills --creative skills --observation skills Here, is a glimpse of our students engaged in Experiential learning.
