“Children are great imitators, give them something great to imitate.” Role Play is an activity presenting a small act where the participants get an opportunity to imitate different character. It offers a chance to the participants to gain experience, showcase speaking and presentation skills and uncover personal aptitude. The Inter-House finale was organised on 07/02/2018, for the students of Grade 1 and Grade 2. The theme was “National leaders” ….The objective of this competition was not only to blend learning with fun but also to develop confidence in the little ones. The excitement of our young actors knew no bounds as they waited eagerly for their turn to perform. Resplendent in their costumes and glowing in all their finery, they emulated the renowned national leaders with confidence and passion. The students portrayed themselves as famous national leaders with great conviction and confidence. It proved to be a great learning experience for all the children. The dialogues and enactment of Shahid Bhagat Singh, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Swami Vivekananda, Mrs. Indira Gandhi, Mrs. Sarojini Naidu, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Pt. Jawarharlal Nehru, Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, Shri Narendra Modi created a visual treat. The children were so electrifying on the stage that the judges had a tough time to select the best out of all the breathtaking performances.
