POTPOURRI” means a varied collection of things. Keeping thisin mind on 15th September Mathematics exhibition was held for grade VI. Thetopic was use of different 2-D and 3-D geometrical shapes in architecture andengineering. Students’ creativity and talent was portrayed through dance,jingles, quiz, paper folding activity and explanation using eco-friendlymodels. Some of the models include the replica of real architecture likeMantrimandir of Pondicherry, Hogan houses of American tribes , cube houses inNetherlands, pentagon houses in hill stations The pentagon in U.S , Eiffeltower, pyramid of Giza etc. It was indeed an exhibition which gave them exposureand confidence to present their thought and mind. Students learnt the value ofresearch work, organizational skills and team work.
