At WGS, we believe in lighting that spark from the very beginning. Our educators recently participated in the insightful session "Play, Pedagogy, and Perspective: A Fresh Look at the Foundational Years," led by Dr. Sarada Chandrasekaran, Director Academics at Whitefield Global School, Bangalore. With her unique blend of storytelling, humor, and deep educational insight, Sarada ma’am guided teachers through the integration of Bloom’s Taxonomy, multiple learning domains, and the power of joyful, culturally rooted teaching. Her emphasis on blending traditional Indian arts, poetry, and storytelling with modern pedagogy gave educators a renewed vision for nurturing young learners.

The learning continued with Senses Board Training conducted by Ms. Sumitha M, Senior Trainer at Senses Electronics Pvt. Ltd. She introduced our teachers to cutting-edge tools like the Aaryabhata version, Sense Connect, and Capture Sense.

This hands-on session empowered educators to confidently use interactive technology to create blended learning environments that are engaging and effective. Together, both sessions offered a powerful combination of pedagogical depth and technological skill, leaving our teachers inspired, equipped, and ready to lead with innovation and heart. 💡💻👩‍🏫
