On June 25th, our Grades 6 to 8 students immersed themselves in an exciting STEAM-Integrated Book Club session that blended literature, science, creativity, and technology—truly bringing stories to life!
🧭 Grades 6 & 7 – Survival Science: What Would YOU Do?
After reading “Three Tales of Daring Escapes and Survivals,” students collaborated in teams to imagine and design their own survival scenarios.
Using creative thinking and problem-solving, they illustrated survival strategies and gear inspired by the story—merging reading with real-world science in the most imaginative way!
🤖 Grade 8 – Robotics Meets Literature with ‘Robbie’ by Isaac Asimov
Inspired by Asimov’s futuristic tale, students used MODI kits to build their own version of Robbie the Robot and rewrote the story’s ending based on their revamped design.
Teams took turns constructing and creatively narrating how their robot could reshape the storyline—combining robotics, storytelling, and innovation in one powerful learning experience.
📐✏️ This session showcased the power of interdisciplinary learning, where books become blueprints for invention and imagination. Our students didn’t just read stories—they engineered them!
