In today's screen-filled world, be it through smartphones, tablets, laptops, or TV’s, learning to navigate digital time wisely is more relevant than ever. While technology opens doors to learning, entertainment, and connection, it’s how we use it that truly makes the difference.
As part of the School Health & Wellness Program, students from the Upper Primary Segment led a meaningful morning assembly themed "Screen Time, Fair Time". They shared powerful reflections on using screens to protect our well-being, strengthening bonds, and staying responsible in the digital age.
Their message was simple yet impactful, which emphasized that it’s not just about cutting down screen time but about making thoughtful choices. By being intentional, we make room for both online discovery and offline experiences that enrich our lives.
👏 Hats off to our thoughtful speakers for reminding us that smart usage isn’t about limits; it’s about choosing what truly serves us.
