Whitefield Global School successfully conducted a 10-day Teachers’ Orientation and Training Programme focused on innovative teaching practices, holistic learning, and future-ready classroom strategies.
Dr. Sita Shankar led sessions on Competency-Based Education and learner-centered teaching approaches, while Ms. Chitra Kulkarni and Ms. Chhavi Garg guided teachers on curriculum planning, school processes, and holistic skill development. Experts including Ms. Jayaprada H. S., Ms. Rebecca Grub, Ms. Sukriti Dutta, Mr. Arun Mallick, Mr. Prashant Jha, Ms. Madhuri Shivangi, and Ms. Jahnavi Hallur conducted engaging workshops on inclusive education, student well-being, AI integration, digital tools, and theatre-based learning.
The programme also included wellness activities, collaborative exercises, and hands-on lesson planning, fostering creativity, teamwork, and reflective teaching practices.
