A Day of Discovery, Reflection, and Empowerment!

The day began with a lively Talent Hunt, where teachers showcased their passions—from music and art to storytelling and dance. 🎨🎶 It was a joyful celebration of creativity and the vibrant spirit within our teaching community.

This was followed by two enriching sessions. Ms. Swarnalatha Iyer spoke on “Identifying Learning Needs,” reminding us that every child is a story, not a number. Ms. Vijayalaxmi Venugopalan’s session on “Student and Parent Communication” introduced the “Empathy Mirror” and highlighted the power of empathetic listening.

In the afternoon, Ms. Iyer returned to speak on “Dealing with Adolescence,” sharing the Three A’s of Happiness—Affection, Attention, and Acceptance. The day ended with reflection, inspiration, and a renewed commitment to creating emotionally intelligent classrooms.
