On Teachers’ Day, the WGS Student Council hosted a special assembly themed ‘Guru – The Light Within.’ ✨

The program began with a skit depicting a seeker guided by a teacher’s lamp, symbolizing teachers as the light leading us from ignorance to knowledge.

The assembly beautifully unfolded with:

🙏 Morning Prayer and Thought for the Day reminding us of a teacher’s role in shaping lives.

📰 News updates and Words of the Day presented in English, Hindi, and Kannada, reflecting the richness of learning across languages.

❓ An interactive quiz conducted by students – “Guess Who the Teacher Is?” where fun clues about teachers were shared, and the audience had to identify the teacher. This segment brought joy, laughter, and heartfelt appreciation.

🎶 A heartfelt musical tribute – “Thank You, Teacher” by students.

✨A graceful dance performance – “The Journey of a Learner”, portraying the silent strength and unwavering support of teachers.

The highlight was our Principal Ma’am’s inspiring address and the students’ heartfelt message: Teachers are mentors, motivators, and mirrors who help us discover who we are and who we can become.
