On 31st January 2025, students of the upper primary segment at our school experienced an innovative Bagless Day, engaging in subject-specific hands-on activities designed to promote experiential learning.

📚 English Activities

• Grade 3: Engaged in a collaborative story chain conjunction activity, fostering creativity and teamwork.
• Grade 4: Transformed into News Photographers, selecting images and writing detailed descriptions from a photographer’s perspective.
• Grade 5: Participated in an interactive online quiz, sharpening their grammar skills with a focus on adverbs.

🌍 Social Studies Activities

• Grade 3: Designed impactful posters to promote environmental awareness.
• Grade 4: Explored and compared metallic and non-metallic elements.
• Grade 5: Created an art-integrated timeline covering significant historical events from 1919 to 1947.

🔬 Science Activities

• Grade 3: Conducted an outdoor shadow observation experiment.
• Grade 4: Explored the functions and applications of simple machines.
• Grade 5: Presented engaging stories focused on force and simple machines.

📝 Language Activities

• Hindi:
  • Grade 3 recited expressive poems.
  • Grade 4 wrote heartfelt letters.
  • Grade 5 designed posters on the Swachhata Abhiyan.
• Kannada:
  • Grade 3 performed vibrant roleplays.
  • Grade 4 explored proverbs and their meanings.

💻 Computer & Mathematics Activities

• Computer (Grade 3): Solved a cone puzzle using coding concepts.
