As part of our SHAPE Programme (School and Home Alliance for Parent Engagement), Whitefield Global School hosted Coffee Connect – Episode 4, creating a warm and welcoming space for meaningful dialogue between parents and educators. Centered on the theme “Celebrating Progress, Not Perfection,” the session, moderated by our Principal, encouraged a shift from outcome-driven thinking to recognising effort, growth, and the learning journey of every child—while highlighting the importance of resilience, confidence, and a growth mindset.

Parents actively shared reflections on academic development, emotional wellbeing, and effective communication, reinforcing the value of strong school–home collaboration. The session concluded with a shared commitment to holistic development and joyful learning.
