From July 30th to August 1st, Whitefield Global School had the privilege of hosting the Harvard Young Educators Programme, a dynamic three-day educational initiative aimed at shaping the next generation of student leaders and educators. This inspiring entrepreneurship program was spearheaded by Ms. Namirah Quadir, a Canadian non-profit leader pursuing a career at the intersection of medical innovation and entrepreneurship, with a strong commitment to advancing global access to healthcare.

The 18-hour program provided students with a deep dive into the world of entrepreneurship, design thinking, and the fundamental steps involved in starting a business. Participants were guided through essential concepts, beginning with the basics and advancing to more complex ideas. Through hands-on activities, students honed their critical thinking skills, practiced pitching their ideas, and enhanced team coordination by analyzing case studies and tackling challenges in collaborative settings. A key highlight of the program was the opportunity for students to develop their unique business ideas and present them to their peers and mentors. The feedback they received was invaluable, enabling them to refine their plans further. The final day of the program saw students pitching their business ideas with confidence, reflecting on their intensive learning journey and expressing pride in their accomplishments.
