Illuminating Lives: Inspiring Change Through Kindness
✨ ILLUMINATING LIVES | WGS HEART & MIND ✨
When compassion becomes action, dreams become wishes fulfilled. 💙
As part of WGS Heart & Mind, our flagship initiative nurturing empathy, compassion and social responsibility, Illuminating Lives brought together 31 students from Grades 9–12 who came together with one purpose — to make a difference in the lives of children facing critical illnesses.
In partnership with Make-A-Wish India and Fuel A Dream Foundation, our students successfully conducted a crowdfunding campaign and raised an inspiring ₹3.66 lakhs to help fulfil the wishes of children.
The journey culminated in a Wish-Granting Event, where our students had the opportunity to meet the Wish Children, participate in the celebrations and, most importantly, witness the real impact of their efforts. From wish items being delivered to moments of joy, interaction and celebration, the experience transformed fundraising into something deeply personal and meaningful.
For our students, this was more than a campaign.
It was a lesson in empathy, initiative, responsibility and the power of collective action.
