Reading Week - at WGS – A Journey of Joyful Reading for Grades 1 to 5! 📚✨

Our primary students dove headfirst into the magical world of books and stories! From imaginative projects to engaging storytelling, the week was packed with activities that sparked creativity and built a deep love for reading.

🔹 Grades 1 & 2: Storytime sessions that brought tales to life

🔹 Grade 3: Shared their favourite reads in “Books I Treasure”

🔹 Grade 4: Created a collaborative, colorful Bookshelf Display

🔹 Grade 5: Designed unique book covers for their imagined titles

🔹 June 18: The D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything and Read) session created a quiet moment of shared reading joy

🔹 Assemblies on June 17 & 19 highlighted the lifelong power of stories
