On 18th August 2025, students of Grades 6–10 led an insightful morning assembly on the theme Conflict Resolution: Turning Clashes into Connections.
The program began with a skit by Chethan and Aryan Gupta (Grade 7 Sky), portraying how minor classroom disagreements can quickly escalate. This was followed by a thoughtful talk by R. Melina (Grade 7 Sky), who reminded everyone that while conflicts are natural, our responses define maturity and shape relationships.
✨ Sugeerthana (Grade 9 Water) further deepened the discussion by highlighting practical strategies:
Stay calm, Listen with empathy, Speak kindly, Focus on solutions and Practice forgiveness.
The session concluded with a resolution moment in the skit—showing that conflicts, when handled wisely, can transform into opportunities for growth, understanding, and stronger friendships.
👉 The key takeaway: Conflict isn’t the opposite of peace—it’s a chance to create it, helping us grow into more empathetic and emotionally intelligent individuals.
