Unlocking the Magic of Storytelling in Education! ✨

We had the incredible privilege of hosting a training session led by the inspiring Ms. Lavanya—an electrical engineer turned professional storyteller! Since 2011, through her venture Talescope, she has been weaving together music, dance, and theatre to create unforgettable learning experiences.

Drawing from traditional Indian storytelling forms like Harikatha, Villu Paatu, and Theru Koothu, Ms. Lavanya brought India’s rich cultural legacy to life with a modern twist, captivating educators and learners alike.

The session was packed with hands-on theatre activities focused on characterization, visualization, improvisation, and voice modulation—skills that not only enhance creativity but also align beautifully with the 'Arts' in STEAM education.

Our teaching community left inspired and empowered to transform their classrooms into vibrant, imaginative spaces where creativity, critical thinking, and empathy flourish.
